How fast can you staff?
Most engagements begin within 7 to 10 business days from signed SOW. Faster on common stacks (React, Node, Python). Slower if you need a niche skill or specific compliance posture.
Where are your engineers based?
Across multiple countries. We match engineers to your time-zone needs, not the other way around. Default is at least four hours of overlap with US business hours.
T&M, fixed bid, or dedicated team?
Whichever fits your situation. T&M is most common for ongoing work; dedicated team for longer engagements; fixed bid when scope is genuinely fixed. We talk through the tradeoffs on the discovery call.
How do contracts and IP transfer work?
You contract with DevBatch LLC, a Texas entity. Standard W-9, NDA, DPA, and IP transfer terms. Procurement boxes get checked on the first call.
Are these your employees or 1099 contractors?
Our employees, on our payroll, with our benefits. You get one US-based vendor relationship and one invoice.
What if the engineer isn't a fit?
Replacement inside the first 30 days at no charge. After that we work with you on a structured transition.
