Primary responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in all administrative functions including calendaring, schedule management, inbox management, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.
  • Own the CEO’s calendar and ensure that conflicts do not happen, critical meetings aren’t missed, and meetings are properly prioritized.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing presentations, managing agendas, capturing action items, and documenting outcomes.
  • Ensure the CEO stays on top of his endless task list.
  • Work closely with the CEO on special projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with internal recruiting to schedule interviews and oversee on sites.
  • Manage external vendors and contracts.
  • Partner on logistical planning and execution of team events and off-sites.
  • Connect with members of the team at all levels, and be a person that they rely on and trust.


  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working at a start-up or a dynamic environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in software tools such as Google Workspace, Expensify, Asana, and Slack.
  • Are supremely detail-oriented. No comma out of place, misspelling, or absent time zone escapes your eye.
  • You enjoy supporting and empowering others.
  • You are able to balance multiple competing priorities and resolve problems, often under time pressure.
  • You possess exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Are discrete and exercise excellent judgment.
  • You embrace the process of adapting to new and changing situations and can adjust as needed.
  • You are happy to jump in and help with any task that comes your way.
